It’s that time once again to get ready for all of the excitement & fun at our annual Swensen family reunion! It will be held on July 10, 11 & 12, 2009.

We will be having it at a campground called Nat-Soo-Pah, right by Twin Falls. It has a shower, swimming pool & a hot tub for those who want to enjoy those amenities. If you would like to stay there it is $12.00 per car & if you have a camper & want to run air, it is $14.00.

We already reserved spots for those that contacted us in April after the announcements went out and we also reserved a couple of extra spots for anyone else that might need them. There is also lodging in nearby Twin or Jackpot(approx. 30 miles a way). We have inserted directions to the campground for everyone.

We will be honoring Rick this year and Elva next year. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, Elva won’t be able to make it this year. So bring some fun & exciting stories to share about Rick!

For those who come on Friday, we will be having hamburgers & hot dogs, and just visiting. Saturday we will be having a Mexican fiesta, so bring your favorite Mexican dish. We will furnish the taco meat & we’ll be starting at 11:30 A.M.

After lunch we will play bingo, so please bring a prize to contribute to the game. We will also have a raffle for quilts. In addition, if you would like to donate something, please feel free to do so. Afterwards we’ll have our tribute to Rick, then we’ll visit & play games.

Some of the men want to go to the car races in Twin Falls that night, if anyone would like to go to those. Also, some of the family wants to go play in Jackpot that night; so that is another option for those who would like to go with them.

Then on Sunday we will have a breakfast for those who would like to join us, before everyone parts to go home. So come join in on all of the fun! We miss you all & hope to see everyone there & please don’t forget to let us know on the camping!
